4WD Show - Volunteering

Date and time:  9:00am, Friday 21st August to 4:00pm Sunday 23rd August

We have a space at the 4WD Show and need volunteers to help exhibit. This will be the first time that we show off our new name so it's important to have a good presence. You should have plenty of time to help out and visit the show.

There are 12x 2-hour slots to fill, and we need 3 or 4 people on each slot. Plus a set up session, which will either be the day before or early in the morning of the 1st day, the 21st August.

The National 4x4 Outdoors Show in Melbourne is scheduled for August 21–23, 2026, at the Melbourne Showgrounds. This massive event is Victoria's ultimate destination for off-roading, camping, and touring, featuring hundreds of leading industry brands, exclusive at-show deals, a Show N Shine competition, and celebrity guests.

Tickets & Parking

• Tickets: Second release tickets are currently $29. You can lock in your entry on the National 4x4 Outdoors Show platform.
• Parking: Paid visitor parking is available at nearby Flemington Racecourse for $30 per day, with free shuttle buses running to the Showgrounds.
